USE AND CARE

• Do not use in the oven as the handle could start melting.​
• Do not place handle directly over the heat source. ​
• Never allow flames from a gas cooktop to extend up the sides of the cookware.
• Allow the lid to dry in vertical position.
• If the outside of frypan is stained or has marks not removed by normal washing, use a stainless steel cleaner or white vinegar to make it shine again.
• Remove stickers and wash pan before first use.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning pads or abrasive cleaners on non-stick or polished surfaces.

TIPS

Non-stick coating allows for oil-free cooking, but when some oil is necessary: instead of pouring oil into the pan, baste/coat the food with oil and then cook it. This will place fat only where the food is in contact with the pan, preventing excess "free fat" around the food from burning and creating unnecessary fumes and spattering.
