- The fine mincer disc is great for processing less fatty meats like poultry and the coarse mincer disc is best for fattier meats and fish.
- The cookie insert allows you to create fancy shapes of cookies, but also grissinis thanks to the 2 different inserts, each with 3 different options.
- The sausage insert can do more than just make homemade sausages! You can use it to fill pasta (cannelloni), create meatballs and stuff veggies.

Use and Care
Good to know:
- Food lubricates, so it’s better to limit turns without food.
- To use the sausage insert, first mince your ingredient without the insert, only then assemble the insert and run the mixture a second time to fill your sausage, cannelloni…
- Sausage insert should always be assembled with blade and one of the 2 grids to make sure the screw stays aligned.
Tips & Life Hacks
7 Tips for easy meat mincing:
- For tougher ingredients (like beef), start with the coarse mincing grid, before switching to fine grid for the final result. It will make meat mincing much easier.
- Screw ring should not be screwed on too tight; handle should turn easily.
- Cut your meat into small pieces.
- Use very cold meat for mincing.
- Fill the hopper max half-way.
- Do not press the meat in the hopper with the plunger while turning.
- From time to time, turn the handle counter clockwise (5-6 turns every time you refill the hopper).
