SPEEDY MANDO MANDOLINE - COMPACT FOOD SLICER

Designed to be fast and compact, the Speedy Mando mandoline creates wafer-thin slices with every cut. It's the perfect size to slice shallots, cucumber, onion, ginger and more! It's easy to use the Speedy Mando on your countertop, cutting board, serving plate, platter or directly over your favourite product to cook in. The anti-skid feet holds it firmly in place.

CARE

• Before storing clean and dry all parts separately then assemble to store.
• To lock the Speedy Mando, place the food guide over the blade. Slide the plunger into the food guide. The cutouts and teeth of the plunger should be on the long sides of the body. Push the plunger down. You will hear a click when the plunger teeth are correctly placed into the designated cut outs of the body.
• The blade is very sharp and sharpened on both sides. When not fully assembled, handle the product very carefully. Do not touch the blade with your fingers. Do not attempt to sharpen the blade. In case the product falls, do not try to catch it as it might cause injury. Do not let children use the product on their own
